As well as meeting our customers face to face, talking to our customers on the telephone and making outbound proactive sales calls is a key role in our business. Many of our customers deal with us via the ‘phone so we need confident and friendly people who are motivated to pick up the telephone when it rings and handle all calls efficiently and professionally.
